Great Outdoors In His Blood...
I was lucky to have been raised in a family where most recreational
activities took place in the outdoors. Since I can recall, my parents
took me hiking, mountaineering, as well as skiing and kayaking and
canoeing. In my
teens, I started rock-climbing and ski touring. Today I'm especially
fascinated with long backpacking trips as well as canoe tripping.

My love and interest for all these activities
led also to a successful career in the outdoor sports industry. I
gathered extensive experience in retail as well as
wholesale/distribution and ran my sales agency for 15 years.
